Community Health Partners – West Yellowstone will be open 7 days per week this summer with extended hours Saturdays-Tuesdays.  We are available for both primary and urgent care needs and have enjoyed providing services to the Town of West since October last year. We offer a sliding fee scale based on income as well as billing all insurances, including Medicare, Medicaid and Healthy Montana Kids.
